Job Description

This busy, expanding Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) practice is seeking to appoint an organised, reliable and strong administrator to enhance and provide additional support to the existing team. The applicant should be able to demonstrate proven administrative experience and a background, in the financial services industry, or from the accounting or legal sector.

The role (which is office based in Llandudno) will primarily involve the compilation of client reports along with file preparation, research and maintenance, however, flexibility and adaptability will be a key feature of the position, and as such, the day to day role may vary.

There will be some client interaction therefore excellent communication skills are essential, and whilst not a necessity, having the ability to communicate in Welsh would be advantageous.

Applicants must be IT literate (Microsoft Office suite), and possess a high standard of verbal, written and numeric skills.

Minimum 3 days (21 hours) per week. Whilst the days/times are somewhat flexible, the days would need to be concurrent.

Salary will be commensurate with experience & relevant qualifications held.
