We're looking for a proactive and organised Client / Account Manager to join a growing technology company that provides turnkey iGaming and platform solutions to international operators and studios. You'll act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless integrations, clear communication, and exceptional ongoing support.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our operations and technical teams to manage day-to-day client requests, track progress, and maintain strong relationships. You'll play a key role in helping clients succeed while ensuring internal delivery timelines and resources are protected.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing communication, updates, and expectations.
Coordinate with internal departments (integration, development, design, operations) to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor progress on integrations, feature requests, and asset deliveries, proactively chasing updates where needed.
Communicate delays or changes clearly and diplomatically to clients.
Maintain accurate records of account activity using CRM and task-tracking tools.
Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement or adoption of new features within defined scopes.
Support in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and status summaries.
Ensure creative or marketing asset requests (landing pages, thumbnails, etc.) remain within agreed scope, offering practical alternatives when needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, client services, or partnerships (ideally within tech, SaaS, media, or gaming).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident in managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
Experience with CRM systems (Optional)* Experience in the technological space of gambling is a plus.
