Job Overview:
The iGaming Online Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires extensive experience in iGaming marketing channels, particularly affiliate marketing and Meta Paid Search, alongside strong analytical and tracking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven online marketing campaigns, with a focus on affiliate marketing and Meta Paid Search.
Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to meet ROI targets and KPIs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximise growth opportunities.
Implement accurate tracking solutions to measure campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
Conduct detailed analysis of marketing performance to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (product, design, SEO, content) to align marketing strategies and enhance campaign success.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' direct online marketing experience in the iGaming sector, ideally including affiliate marketing.
Proven experience successfully managing Meta Paid Search campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to implement and utilise advanced tracking tools and techniques.
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex data sets to drive strategic insights.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate tracking platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional paid media channels, such as Google Ads, display, native, or programmatic advertising.
Previous experience working remotely with international teams.
Understanding of regulatory requirements across various iGaming markets.
