Are you technically skilled, customer-focused, and ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a
BIT Technician
to join our IMAC Team inManchester
on apermanent, full-time basis (40 hours/week)
.What You'll Be Doing:
Installing and uplifting all types of lobby ATMs in line with standard operating procedures. Preparing ATMs through configuration and applying branding. Installing and maintaining bespoke ATM branding across the UK estate. Supporting minor ATM fixes, fitting security devices, and handling other ad hoc duties. Liaising with internal teams and providing excellent on-site customer service. Keeping accurate records of time, stock, and usage.
What We're Looking For:
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Good IT proficiency and organisational skills. A clean driving licence. A flexible and adaptable approach -- able to work solo or in a team. Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays where needed. Experience with ATMs and internal programs is a plus.
