Pay:
Competitive Pay of 13 - 14 an hour

How you will contribute to the team:
Assistance with activities of daily living routines including washing, bathing, dressing, general grooming, toileting, bed making, feeding, cooking and household tasks
Attending medical appointments and observing/ prompting and administering prescribed medication to the service user
Driving/accompanying a service user to access the community
Work alternate weekends

Jasper Conrad Group will support you every step of the way, from your mandatory training to any other specific training requirements needed to provide the best care and support to our clients. After your training, you will then complete shadow shifts with our excellent Care Assistants to ensure that you are fully competent and confident in performing the day-to-day duties of your role. We will always support you through this as a valued member of our team and if you have any worries or concerns, we are here to help you. We offer you 24hr support from the duty manager and duty seniors and scheduled individual supervision support.
