MLC Immigration Lawyers are currently looking to hire an Immigration Lawyer/Immigration Solicitor/ Immigration advisor to join our dynamic and growing team. Our organisation has grown from strength to strength having built a strong reputation amongst our clients for providing UK Immigration services. MLC specialises in both personal and business UK Immigration matters.

We are an IAA Immigration Law firm and therefore require a candidate to have an IAA (previously OISC) qualification to work with ourselves.

We are looking for a candidate who has good practical experience dealing with a wide range of UK Immigration matters both personal and business matters , including:- Appendix FM applications, Nationality and other citizenship applications, Immigration Appeals, Deportation, Immigration Bail, Human Rights/ Discretionary leave applications, Long Residency and other Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, visit visas applications, Skilled Worker visas, Sponsorshipl licences, Global Talent applications, Global Mobilty, and other such applications.

The ideal candidate should have uptodate knowledge of current UK Immigration law , procedures and application processes. Be well spoken and have the ability to liaise well with clients, providing advice and representation in a clear and effective manner. The ideal candidate must also be able to work well under pressure and handle a sufficient amount of applications at any given time.

Please note the following job specifications:-

Immigration Lawyer/caseworker. Base salary: 35,000- 60,000 per annum. (Dependant on experience and qualifications). Additional bonus and commission available. Other employment benefits/incentives available. Hybrid/ Remote working options Full Time or part time hours available.

IAA Level 3 qualification (preferred)

IAA Level 1 or 2

Solicitor or CileX Lawyer

Law degree or other related degree. Background in Immigration Law Minimum two years' experience dealing with UK Immigration law. Have the ability to handle a significant and varied Immigration caseload. Good written and spoken English. Based within the North West of the UK with the ability to attend and work from our Manchester office (when required).
