Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Immigration Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join our busy Immigration team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of immigration, asylum, nationality, and human rights matters while delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of immigration applications, appeals, asylum, nationality, and human rights cases. Provide clear, practical, and timely advice to clients on UK immigration law. Prepare and submit visa and immigration applications to the Home Office. Draft legal documents and represent clients before tribunals where required. Liaise with the Home Office, tribunals, and other relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with SRA, regulatory, and firm policies. Contribute to business development and the growth of the Immigration Department.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE. Solid experience in immigration law with strong knowledge of UKVI rules and procedures. Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage caseload independently. A commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
