About the Role:

We are seeking an Immigration Solicitor with 1-3 years post-qualification experience to join our Immigration Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in all kinds of immigration cases, including asylum, human rights, and business immigration. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team handling a varied and rewarding caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload

including: Asylum and human rights applications and appeals Deportation and bail matters Spouse and partner visas, FLR (M)/FLR (FP), and ILR applications British citizenship and nationality issues EU Settlement Scheme cases Business immigration including Skilled Worker and Sponsor Licence applications (desirable) Prepare detailed legal representations, witness statements, and application bundles Advocate at the First-tier Tribunal (if applicable) and liaise with counsel and external agencies Advise clients clearly and compassionately throughout the legal process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration rules, case law, and Home Office policy Support junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:

1-3 years PQE with demonstrable experience in immigration law Strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills Excellent client care and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and targets Right to work in the UK

Preferred Software Experience:

Legal case management systems such as LEAP DocuSign or similar for e-signatures Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Pay: 31,686.73-104,724.99 per year
