matters. We are now seeking a dedicated
Immigration Solicitor (1-3 years PQE)
to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of
personal and business immigration matters
, providing practical, tailored advice to individual and corporate clients. The role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and represent clients on a full range of
personal immigration
matters, including:
Spouse, partner, and family visas
British citizenship and naturalisation
EU Settlement Scheme applications
Human rights and asylum cases
Immigration appeals and judicial reviews
Manage
business immigration
cases, including:
Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility visas
Sponsor licence applications and compliance
Right to work checks and ongoing sponsor management
Business visitor visas and investor/innovator routes
Draft and submit visa applications, representations, and legal documents.
Liaise with clients, the Home Office, and other authorities professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with SRA and OISC regulations.
Supervise paralegals or trainee solicitors where required.
Support the department's growth through client care, networking, and business development initiatives.
Key Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with
1-3 years PQE
in Immigration Law.
Solid experience in both
personal
and
business immigration
.
Strong knowledge of the Immigration Rules, Home Office procedures, and case law.
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client care skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and a proactive, professional approach.
