About the Role

We're looking for a mission-aligned, creative, and proactive intern to support our global team across one core area: content creation. This internship sits at the intersection of sustainability, finance, and global collaboration -offering a unique chance to gain hands-on experience while contributing to positive and systemic change.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Marketing

Support social media strategy, captions, and content creation across TTI's platforms. Design visual assets like flyers, banners, and infographics using tools like Canva. Edit short videos and reels; upload and optimize YouTube content from events.

2. Community Events & Ambassador Program Support

Develop personalized materials events. Research when needed potential event partners, sponsors, speakers, and key stakeholders.

3. Website & Content Management

Manage and update web content on Squarespace: events, articles, and interviews. Conduct and coordinate TTI member interviews; ensure end-to-end content delivery. Maintain content consistency in tone, branding, and quality.

4. Research & Strategic Insights

Conduct desk research on regenerative sectors, investment trends, and industry benchmarks. Support on researching the funders of networks research as we look for grants and other funding opportunities Assist with writing for blogs, newsletters, and podcasts to share community insights and perspectives.

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about impact investing, sustainability, and regenerative systems. Excellent research and writing skills, with attention to detail, clarity and structure. Creative mindset and strong eye for design and video editing. Comfortable with digital tools (e.g., Canva CapCut, Veed, Squarespace, Google Suite). Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, global startup environment.

Duration & Format

6 months, part-time (~20 hours/week) Remote-first with opportunities to support in-person events if desired
