Full time (37.5 hours per week)



The Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship equips entrepreneurial leaders to catalyse social impact within and beyond business. Through research, education and convening, the Centre supports learners and practitioners to bridge theory and practice, profit and purpose, and local and global impact.

We are seeking an Impact Education Coordinator to support the design, coordination and delivery of the Skoll Centre's impact education initiatives for students and practitioners at Oxford and worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Impact Education, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, delivery and evaluation of programmes and events within a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the School and wider University, as well as with external partners, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

Key responsibilities include:


Coordinating impact education programmes and initiatives from planning through to completion Managing the delivery of major impact education events, including logistics and supplier coordination Acting as a first point of contact for programme-related queries, providing clear advice and issue resolution Working with communications colleagues to support effective promotion and engagement Maintaining accurate records and data to support monitoring, evaluation and reporting Supporting budget preparation, forecasting and financial monitoring Contributing flexibly to wider Skoll Centre activities and team priorities
You will bring experience of educational programme or project management within a higher education or professional environment. You will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
