Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

Degree qualified, in mathematics/computer science or similar discipline desirable

Summary of Responsibilities:



Implementation Consultant



Attending internal project/team meetings, leading where required Attending client meetings, mostly remote, but also on site from time to time Delivering requirements workshops with customers Production of requirements and solution design documentation Data validation/manipulation and completion of data imports and exports System configuration and functional testing Delivering system playback presentations to customers Deliver training for clients where required Leading customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Completing system installs (training provided for this) Compiling SQL scripts where necessary and testing Highlighting risks and issues and liaising with SWG Project Managers Liaising with Support and other teams as necessary within SWG Taking a lead role in testing for new releases Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff Being a product specialist in one or more areas Producing 'how to' implementation playbooks and supporting documentation Responding to and resolving client issues working with rest of team as required
