Job Overview:

Renovotec Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and supporting running a service that covers a variety of responsibilities.

You will form part of a wider delivery team the process starts with:

Sales - new product or services sold by our sales team

Technical consultants - support making sure that product or solution meets the customers' requirements

Projects - deliver the solution for the customer and integrate into our service teams

o As part of this team, where its product installations, this is where the installation technician plays a key role

Capacity will be managed by our capacity manager and routing/ jobs forecast

Responsibilities:

Grow the service and product to ensure everyone has the tools, knowledge to develop the ESL product

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of implementation technics and attention to detail stay updated on industry trends to provide efficient and effective installations.

Service Improvement: identify opportunities for Renovotec to be better

Client & project team Interaction: Communicate with clients & project team to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance on the use and maintenance of installed systems.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of installation activities, including configurations, changes, and issues encountered (documentation will be provided)

Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from installation to ongoing support.

Qualifications:

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical and practical issues.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive working environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and work environments.

NB Please note relevant training will be provided.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ideally a candidate should have experience in installation and configuration of general technology which requires configuration, installation of builds, testing & install Retail experience is preferred
