About the opportunity
Are you passionate about making a difference whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do? Then there's a role here for you!
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic, driven person who can work at pace, make decisions and work closely supporting our new and existing relationships in conjunction with our Distribution colleagues to influence customers to do business with us and achieve our challenging market share aspirations.
As an Implementation Manager you will be responsible for providing implementation services through attentive project management, in line with the Corporate proposition, following LBG Project Management and data analysis methodologies. You'll require excellent presentation skills as pitching to clients face to face or by teams will be essential.
As this is a predominantly customer facing role you'll work closely with our distribution colleagues to develop and manage relationships with our most valuable corporate pension schemes, demonstrating a professional approach to project management to ensure the smooth set up of new schemes with Scottish Widows. In additional to onboarding new workplace pension schemes you will also be project managing bulk investment changes and assisting with the Asset Transition of existing funds.
This role is very specific and linked to an extremely high profile project, so it is essential that you have a deep understanding of the Scottish Widows Master Trust Scheme along with how it is governed and managed. Client relationship skills are absolutely essential as well as the ability to present and deliver to very tight client deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, versatile, and bold individual to take a pivotal role in the success of this team. It is a varied and exciting role that moves at pace and requires quick decision making and prioritisation.
