Job Description

Manage the operational delivery of the Observatorys Implementation programme, including embedding the use of the RHO Implementation toolkit to develop and measure progress on evidence-based recommendations. Work with colleagues across the organisation and other key stakeholders, to facilitate effective implementation of recommendations from RHO reports. Manage the day-to-day management of implementation of RHO recommendations, working with the RHO senior clinical advisers and other team members to drive and document impact. Manage the Observatorys benefits register and contribute regularly to reporting, including preparing reports for the RHO Board, as well as producing impact case studies and guidance documents as support offers to the system.



Support the Head of Implementation to develop and manage RHOs agile implementation funding programme for community organisations and other implementation-related initiatives. Support the Head of Implementation to develop and deliver RHOs digital health programme of work. Manage the Implementation teams communications strategy and activities, with support from the RHO communications team. Develop and manage a national RHO community of practice to support the development, spread, and sharing of anti-racism implementation tools.



Work with the Head of Implementation to prepare papers, presentations, short reports and briefings for the Director of Implementation. Perform other related work as may be required and is commensurate with the grade.
