Job Description

Essential Role Duties



Own Project Implementations, creating Project plans, liaising with Stakeholders Internal and External and holding everyone accountable. Work on the 30/30/90-day post implementation plan to analyse to see if client initial ask is what we are seeing in the operation both Operationally and Financially. Depending on findings from above review reach out to the commercial team to review with client, if scope creep is identified. Where needed make solutions design changes to the operation where Regional team can facilitate. If it needs a full overhaul, work with solutions design to complete - including testing for solutions. Set up and run both client facing and internal project startup calls, where needed. Creating locations for new warehouse

Write SOP for new clients as part of Implementation plan and liaise with sites to create Work Instructions for all activities, leveraging the corporate WIs already written. Support the sites with training for all new clients. Onsite and virtual support as sites start any new Implementation. Ensure all reporting tools are set up and are running as expected and use 30-60-90-day feedback plan to work through any anomalies. Other duties as assigned

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment

Other Skills & Abilities




Strong problem-solving and analytical ability. Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledgeable of warehouse operations and freight/logistics optimization. Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and document processes and procedures. Lean methodology advantageous Can do attitude Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with internal and external resources, respond to questions from senior management, and manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude and professionalism. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.

Education & Experience




Minimum 2 years related experience. Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
