Abakhan Fabrics, Hobby & Home is looking for a knowledgeable import/export admin assistant to join the team at Mostyn, North Wales.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of import/export documentation allowing you to prepare for import and export consignments. You will co-ordinate delivery with our Warehouse and customers, update stock reports, provide sales analysis, prepare, and send samples along with other associated tasks.
You will have responsibility for ensuring all details are collated accurately and are ready for despatch/arrival and all HMRC documentation is completed.
You will also play a supporting role for our office administration team when required.
You should have an excellent eye for detail, be competent with Microsoft Office and, in particular Excel.
You will have great organisational skills allowing you to manage your own workload prioritising where necessary.
The position is for 18 hours per week working over three days with additional hours/days as and when required. (working up to five days a week)
