We are recruiting for the role of Improvement Manager within the National Improvement Service.
The National Improvement Service (NIS) focuses on supporting quality improvement in front-line work to help Cafcass provide an exceptional experience to children and young people. NIS activity consists of the following areas: Learning and development, quality assurance and auditing, commissioned support, multi-agency reviews and consultations. NIS will be part of a forthcoming consultation on practice arrangements that will further develop the described roles and responsibilities.
This role is part of a team that works flexibly and remotely therefore your location isn't a critical consideration. However, there will be occasional travel to attend in person team meetings, and you will be required to deliver in person training.
We trust and empower colleagues to work in a hybrid way, providing the resources, equipment, and support, so that individually and collectively, we can be the voice of children and young people when the family court makes critical decisions about their futures.
We provide extensive wellbeing support for colleagues, as well as excellent benefits, all of which we hope encourages you to join us.
Let us tell you a bit more about the role...
