Role: Design Consultant (Information Management Systems)

Location: Remote, with occasional travel required

Package: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa360,000, with a competitive commission structure and car allowance

We are looking for a Design Consultant who will play a key role in our Technology team, focusing exclusively on customer projects that involve our \'IMS\' portfolio, which can range from cloud servers for print solutions to full managed IT offerings.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced IT pre-sales professional, with Microsoft 365 experience and a proven track record of collaborating with various stakeholders to understand IT strategy and identify opportunities.

You\'ll be a constant presence in customer projects, through all stages of the process and beyond, act as a trusted advisor to the customer and will be credible and knowledgeable in front C-level IT professionals.

We\'re looking for a candidate that takes an exploratory approach to developing, scoping and defining solutions, whilst considering customer requirements, business drivers and strategic objectives.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this position you will have:
  • Proven understanding of key cloud IT concepts and technologies.
  • High impact verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer stakeholder management experience and relationship building
  • Ability to interact with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to balance business needs and translate them into cohesive Solutions Designs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and to agreed deadlines
