What you'll be doing:
Maintain the resource profile through utilisation of the workforce planning tracker
Responsible for the Job Architecture
Responsible for Knowledge Transfer for the IM&T Function
Ensure accuracy of reporting and KPI's for resourcing and cost
Act as the Point of Contact for recruitment into the IM&T Function through collaboration with external partners
Your skills and experiences:
Proficiency in MS office suite, with advanced skillset in Excel (specifically Pivots and VLOOKUP)
Experienced in Data Management and data toolsets
Excellent Stakeholder Management experience with the ability to challenge, guide and influence at all levels of the business
Strong organisational skills with the ability to reprioritise workload and remain flexible in approach
Confident and effective communication with the ability to easily build rapport and build a network

Planning team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the IM&T People Capability Workforce Planning Team, where you will support strategic workforce planning for the IM&T Function. In this role, you will contribute to future resourcing plans, role profiling, and utilisation management, as well as oversee recruitment into the function. It is an exciting and varied position that covers all aspects of future resourcing, where your insights and recommendations will directly influence key workforce decisions. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
