Joining them on social outings so that they can continue to be an active member of their community. Preparing delicious and nutritious meals so that they can continue to eat the things they love. Managing their medication so that they stay as healthy as possible.
Could you can care early in the mornings whilst someone else drops the kids at nursery / school? Or later in the evenings when they're tucked up in bed? Even during the day after drop off and before pick up? Whatever hours you can care and whenever you can care (we understand that school holidays can throw routines into turmoil!), we will work with you to make sure you have a great work / life balance.
