Legal Advisor

and Uk qualified solicitor with some experience in property, and general business matters.The successful candidate will provide expert legal guidance across various sectors ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills to contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives and minimise legal risks.

Duties

Offer comprehensive legal advice on contractual agreements, corporate policies, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and policies. Assist in the development and implementation of organisational policies to ensure legal adherence. Conduct all litigation, preparation,representation, legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to inform decision-making. Liaise with external legal counsel when specialised expertise is required. Support management in dispute resolution processes and represent the organisation in negotiations or mediations as needed. Keep abreast of changes in legislation that could impact organisational operations or strategy. Provide training to staff on legal issues relevant to their roles.

Requirements

A recognised UK law degree with SRA equivalent qualification. Proven experience in a legal advisory role within a corporate environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex legal language into clear guidance for non-specialists. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents. High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
