Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic in house Social Mediaand Content Creator to manage our online presence and produce engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital storytelling to grow our brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, write, and design creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Capture and edit photos and videos that align with the brand's tone and visual identity. Produce blog posts, articles, and other long-form content as needed. Social Media Management: Manage daily posting schedules, engagement, and community interactions. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong online community. Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations. Strategy & Analytics: Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate regular reports. Analyze trends and audience insights to optimize future content. Brand Development: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and marketing goals. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns. Stay updated with digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management or content creation. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools. Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar). Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Pay: 12,000.00-15,000.00 per year
