Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to educating students and fostering a positive learning environment. As we work with masjids, we do require a muslim tutor.

This role involves working closely with children, including those with special educational needs, to enhance their understanding of various subjects and improve their academic performance.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Communicate effectively with students to clarify concepts and encourage their academic growth. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners, especially those requiring special education assistance. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information. Experience working with children who have special educational needs is highly desirable. A genuine passion for educating and inspiring young learners. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards student development.
