Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of their location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.


You will join our team of outstanding in-house team to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel and ensure our guests have a luxury dining experience from the comfort of their bedroom. You will be assisting the assistant manager and supervisors in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressure dining environment.

Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments Tailor your approach so that high quality results are achieved Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, going that extra mile Be knowledgeable of the hotel, our facilities and local area Take ownership of performing the job well in line with the departmental standards

We welcome applications for part-time - 30 hours, and full-time - 39 hours for this role.



The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business needs.
