Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.

Duties

Lead and manage store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability. Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation. Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Ability to drive results through effective leadership and team motivation. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
