Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Demonstrator to represent our brand at promotional events and retail locations, including Costco stores. This role involves engaging directly with customers, demonstrating products and services, and generating high-quality, face-to-face leads for our solar sales team at Fresh Electrical Solar.

This is a paid role offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and renewable energy sales within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Fresh Electrical Solar professionally at promotional events and in Costco stores Engage customers face to face to generate interest and qualified leads for solar panel solutions Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of solar energy and answer customer questions Demonstrate products or services in an engaging and informative manner Distribute promotional materials and collect customer details where appropriate Maintain a professional appearance and positive, approachable attitude at all times Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and sales teams Assist with setting up, maintaining, and packing down promotional displays and equipment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and successful event operations
Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage a wide range of customers Previous experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous but not essential Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills Organised, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable working in retail environments such as Costco Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as required

Pay: 19.00-20.00 per hour
