As a Junior Inbound Account Executive, you'll convert inbound leads into loyal customers, guiding small businesses through their first steps with SumUp.
What You'll Do
Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team -- your role is to qualify, consult, and convert
Connect with small and medium-sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs
Deliver product demos and confidently explain how SumUp can solve real-world business challenges
Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth lead conversion
Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
Have some experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role (sales, support, retail, etc.)
Feel confident talking to people -- you're persuasive, warm, and solution-focused
Are curious about fintech, small business, and how things work behind the scenes
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where learning and adapting are part of the fun
Bring a proactive, team-first attitude -- you're always up for sharing ideas and helping out
Bonus points for experience with EPOS software or Excel -- but we'll teach you what you need
