Overview
We're seeking a motivated Inbound B2C Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this primarily sales focused role (70% sales, 30% admin), you'll engage with customers, promote our mobile installation services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls and upsell products to meet customer needs. Respond to customer enquiries via email, social media and phone with clear, concise information, quickly and efficiently. Process incoming online orders and also order stock. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement. Update customer records and sales activities in our CRM and booking systems. Collaborate with the team to identify cross-selling opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in retail or service business. Minimum 1 years experience working in an office environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Confidence, assertiveness, and strong sales closing skills. Proficiency in IT, sales software, office etc. Strong time management and ability to handle objections.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
