Inbound & Business Development Consultant

Location:

Euston/Hybrid

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

Salary:

27,500 + Commission

OTE:

35,000

Primary Responsibilities:

To action inbound and business development leads according to SLAs Convert inbound leads to market appraisals Convert BD leads to instruction

KPIs:

Meeting SLAs MA and instructions conversion rates

Commission Plan Guide:

Converting inbound and business development leads into market appraisals, against target

Reporting Structure:

Reports into Business Development Team Leader

Progression Pathway:

Outbound Property Services Consultant
