Latcham is a Bristol-based provider of intelligent fulfilment solutions who currently have an Inbound Mail Scanning Operator role within our Operations Team. The successful candidate must be experienced working within a busy production environment, strong attention to detail and accuracy and good computer skills, including familiarity with document management software . Experience working in mail handling or scanning operations is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

As an Inbound Mail Scanning Operator you will be responsible for:

Receive and open inbound mail following company procedures. Sort and categorise correspondence for scanning. Operate high-volume scanning equipment effectively and safely. Perform quality control checks on scanned documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. Index and upload files into the company's digital storage systems. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. Keep accurate records of processed items.
