Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Advisor

Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers Upselling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain Following all appropriate FSA regulations

To be a Customer Sales Advisor you'll need:

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively Are proficient in English (oral and written) Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am - 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am - 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
