25,480 per annum plus

uncapped bonus

(avg 500 - 1000 pm) and incentives

Key Responsibilities (Upon Completion of Comprehensive Training)

Connect with customers through inbound calls, understand their needs, and build strong rapport. Achieve and exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Continuously improve your sales skills, product knowledge, and knowledge of competitor offers. Develop relationships with customers to encourage referrals. Provide accurate information, quotes, and pricing to customers. Maximize opportunities to retain customers through upselling and cross-selling. Adhere to all relevant FSA regulations.

Who We're Looking For:

Individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate, with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Proficient in English, both oral and written. Opening hours 7:45 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, and 7:45 am - 8 pm on weekends. (work only 3 Sundays in 12 weeks) - 12 week rota in advance to allow you to plan your work life balance. Committed to 100% training attendance to ensure full preparation for your role.
