Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify client needs through active listening and consultative questioning
Present suitable products or services that meet client requirements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems like Salesforce
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close sales effectively
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing inbound lead conversion rates
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when required
