What You'll Be Doing
As an Inbound Sales Executive, your role will centre around responding to and qualifying incoming enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Speaking with prospective clients who have already made an enquiry
Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate services
Managing inbound contact through phone, email, and online channels
Booking consultations and passing qualified opportunities to senior sales or legal teams
Providing a professional, friendly experience for every enquiry
Keeping customer records accurate using CRM systems
Working closely with marketing and client teams to improve the inbound journey
Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
