As an Inbound Sales Lead Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the company. An Inbound Sales Lead Advisor handles customer enquiries to convert them into sales by identifying needs, providing product information and closing deals. Key responsibilities include managing incoming leads via Hubspot, phone and email, assessing customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, and using Hubspot CRM to guide customers through the sales and on-boarding processes. Success in this role relies on strong communication, excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Experience and Qualifications



2-3 years of sales experience, lead conversion and Customer Service

Proven success in inbound lead conversion

Track record of achieving and surpassing conversion targets

Consultative approach with enthusiasm and drive to succeed

Proficiency in B2B sales and negotiation

Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)

Key Responsibilities



Lead Qualification:

Handle and qualify new inbound prospects received through Hubspot marketing campaigns, messaging, emails and online inquiries to determine interest and needs.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.

Sales Cycle Management:

Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring sales targets are met.

Product Information:

Provide accurate information about products and services to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Utilise our Hubspot system to manage customer information, track interactions and process on-boarding.

Customer Service:

Deliver excellent customer service, resolve any complaints, and ensure a positive experience for potential and existing customers.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales conversion, customer activity, and sales targets.

What will your role look like?



Receive and handle incoming leads from customers interested in products or services

Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services

Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, preferences, and purchase intent

Assist customers in placing orders and managing related transactions

Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional products or services

Address customer enquiries, concerns, or issues, working to find satisfactory resolutions.

Deliver a compelling sales pitch to encourage customers to come on-board

Build rapport with customers and create positive relationships to enhance customer loyalty

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and relevant information in our CRM system

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the organization
