Sales Manager, Sales.

Location:

Durham, North East, England, DH1 1TF.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week.

Salary:

25,200 raising to 28,400 + 6,000-10,000 average commission. Inbound.

What we're looking for

We're on the hunt for an outstanding Sales Executive (Telesales). You will work within a fast-paced, high performing team that is delivering results.

You will be an experienced sales executive that has a history of achieving targets and earning a bonus or you will be motivated to learn sales from the ground up with a passion for assisting customers in their decision-making process.

We work fast, intelligently and the current team is driven to perform and deliver results, you will fit with ease into that environment.
First class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively or the desire to have them.
Background in B2B telesales selling into all levels of an organisation, or the desire to learn.
Great customer service aptitude
Must be confident conversing with clients over the phone around product a business topic.
Strong organisational ability and be able to use Microsoft packages as well as CRM systems.
A credible professional mentality and be effective at engaging with senior business figures
Looking to grow their sales skills further and move their career forward

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for answering the telephone to our customers, proposing quotations, assisting in selecting products and following up quotes.
You will use a variety of tools including email and CRM systems.

You will be hungry to sell and along-side our team, delight our customers, every time.

What's on Offer

Full time, permanent contract.
500-100 per month, achievable commission/bonus.
