Job Description

? Roles and Responsibilities: The Incident Management team is composed of technical specialists, each with expertise in their specific technological scope, providing support and execution of service-related tasks. They must demonstrate solid capability to carry out responsibilities within their assigned areas. The Incident Management function plays a key role in coordinating and managing responses to both critical and non-critical incidents. ? Required Education: Technical School Degree (medium) or Technical Grade Degree (medium). ? Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in technical areas, platforms, tools, and languages relevant to their technological perimeter. ? On-Call Availability: Required.
