29.6 hours per week (days to be agreed). This post can be added to another Inclusion lead post for A-Levels currently at 0.2 FTE, creating a full-time post.

They will have excellent organisational and time-management skills and be able to prioritise work effectively to meet objectives and deadlines. They will be comfortable with, and proactively adapt to rapid changes in educational trends within the sector. They will be able to plan and prioritise their own schedule of work to achieve objectives, have strong IT skills and happy to be part of a close-knit team with shared objectives.

Job Overview

As an Inclusion Lead, you will work within the Inclusion Department while collaborating closely with the Curriculum Team. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the operational development of the college's SEND provision and ensuring the implementation of the college's inclusion policy and strategy within the assigned faculty. Ensuring learners with SEND have access to inclusive provision and are supported in making progress comparable to learners who do not have SEND. Modelling exemplary inclusive teaching and learning strategies, as well as providing robust monitoring to support SEND learners in achieving their targets and successful outcomes.
