Job description

Petroc is a highly successful institution, delivering education and skills training in Devon and beyond and has an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Inclusion Suite Facilitator.

The main function of this role is to facilitate the Inclusion Suite through core hours within Progressive Skills Academy Barnstaple, to provide a welcoming and supportive environment to enable learners to access the college environment and attend lessons and to liaise closely with the Progressive Skills curriculum team to communicate and advocate for learners and support with communication and relational support strategies to support engagement and attendance.

The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable experience in supporting students with specific learning difficulties and or disabilities including learners with Social Emotional and Mental Ill Health and difficulties with engagement and attendance.
