Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Reach Academy.
We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Worker to join our passionate and hardworking team at Reach Academy.
The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting behaviour for learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
