As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you'll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are supported into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer's choice and their specific employment targets.
About You

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Consultant, you need:
A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships and working in a team
The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
The ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
Regular travel required to meet with customers and employers.
