In this role, you will:
Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support
Design and deliver engaging, focused learning tasks
Create and evaluate support programmes to boost progress
Collaborate with curriculum teams to embed inclusive strategies
Contribute to staff training to promote inclusive best practice
Support EHCP consultations and annual reviews
Work with learners from Level 1 to Level 3, across varied subject areas

Note: this role is for 15 hours per week with a salary of 13,283 pro rata per annum

Champion inclusion by helping learners overcome personal and educational barriers
