The Langham, London; Europe's first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5rated property, is currently recruiting for an Income Auditor to join our talented Finance Department team. In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

In the role of Income Auditor, your key focus will be to:

audit and verify all revenue transactions for consistency according to the hotel's standards, policies and procedures ensure compliance to all control and system procedures and document all processes and identify errors for cash handling handle all guest queries through telephone calls and emails evaluate all revenue centres and prepare reports for the income journal daily, and evaluate and balance all rebates prepare and evaluate all reports daily and resolve any discrepancies perform audit on various functions for all function sheets and administer everyday activities for all night audit staff maintain and ensure accuracy in all PMS reports and documents all income requirements for various projects, and ensure compliance with all regulations organise and maintain all billing files and provide support for all charges prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management according to hotel policies and procedures perform month-end closing in coordination with the Management Accountant manage communication with various departments and prepare daily reports within the required timeframe

Do you have? -

strong MS Excel skills knowledge and adherence of Income Audit procedures experience with Micros and POS system knowledge of Front Office and Food & Beverage cashiering and procedures excellent customer service skills strong MS Excel skills strong attention to detail and an inquisitive mind
