As part of our Income Maximisation team, you'll coordinate and manage the Income Recovery Assistants to maximise money owed to ForHousing, through multiple income streams.

What you'll be doing:
Managing and monitoring services delivered by the Income Maximisation team
Supporting the Income Managers to review and implement management strategies and action plans
Identifying opportunities for training and carrying this out, within the team and across the wider organisation
Reviewing cases and ensuring compliance with our management assurance framework
Coordinating appropriate and timely responses to tenant complaints, comments, and compliments
Supporting Income Managers with collating, analysing, and preparing reports relating to the service
Deputising for Income Managers
What we're looking for:
Excellent communications skills
Experience in the housing sector, and knowledge of relevant housing legislation and current social housing issues
Line management experience, managing a large, dispersed team
Knowledge of universal credit and other welfare benefits, and experience supporting people with multiple debts
