As the Hospice celebrates its 40th birthday in 2026, we are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our fundraising team, could it be you? This is a fixed term role where you will provide additional support to our dedicated and experienced income generation team throughout this milestone year of fundraising activity.
If you are an enthusiastic, conscientious individual, with a strong administrative background, and you are looking for a fresh challenge where you can use your organisational and people skills to really make a difference to your local community, then we would love to hear from you.
Our dynamic and hardworking Income Generation team ensure all Hospice events are delivered to secure the wellbeing of patients, carers and their families. This includes our upcoming special events to celebrate 40 years of care, alongside various amazing local community events. Our Co-ordinators are integral to the smooth running of all these events.
As a highly competent administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will provide administrative and event preparation support to the Fundraising team. Based in the fundraising office at St Johns Hospice you will deal with telephone, email, social media and face to face enquiries demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
