The Package
Permanent contract
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary of 33,332 per annum
Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Our Requirements - Income Officer
Level 3 Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent experience
Understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements for rental income
Understanding of arrears recovery and Court procedures
Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment
Demonstrable experience of case management
Developed problem solving skills
Ability to work efficiently and to deadlines
Ability to work flexible hours if required
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
Confident to converse in Welsh when required
