We are looking for a new Supervisor - aged 21 or over - to join our small, friendly team and you might be the perfect fit.
The ideal candidate will have hospitality and bar experience as well as an demonstrable understanding of the value of good teamwork.
There is a degree of cinema projection work involved, and while experience of working with cinema box office software and projection equipment is welcomed, full training will be given.
General Duties
Oversee daily operations (including weekend and mid-week evening shifts), ensuring high standards of service and guest experience.
Manage and support staff, providing guidance, support and assistance - as needed - to maintain a positive work environment.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service is upheld in line with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other Supervisors and the General Manager to ensure consistent service delivery and a happy and harmonious team.
Working on the Box Office booking tickets, selling products and preparing food and beverage orders.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of the cinema's public areas and toilets to ensure cleanliness standards are being upheld.
Report issues or areas for improvement to the General Manager.
Run projection and sound equipment to ensure the best possible viewing experience.
Essential Qualities
Demonstrable skills to lead and support a team effectively.
Excellent guest service skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The contracted hours for this role total 10 per week, usually split over two shifts.
This is a baseline and in cases of cover requirement, this can increase up to around 20/30 hours.
