Reactive Call-Outs
: Providing ad-hoc, urgent support for guest concerns (e.g. re-cleans, missing linen, unexpected issues) during daytime hours and occasional evenings/weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties:
Perform high-standard cleans of serviced apartments (1 bed units)
Follow detailed checklists to ensure quality control using software e.g. Breezeway
Restock consumables and toiletries using e.g. Breezeway
Provide and wash linen off-site
Report damages or maintenance issues via mobile app/photos
Provide photographic proof of cleans
Sign cards and leave out gifts for special occasion guests.
Reactive Support Duties:
Respond to guest issues or complaints (e.g. missing linen, re-cleans, access issues)
Deliver fresh linens or items when needed
Re-clean or refresh areas as required
Liaise with operations team to confirm resolution
Requirements
Experience in professional cleaning (hospitality or short lets preferred)
Able to work independently and take initiative
Smartphone and access to WhatsApp/Guesty/Breezway for coordination
Reliable transport or based within Glasgow
Flexibility for occasional short-notice call-outs
Good communication skills
Registered as self-employed or willing to register
Weekend availability
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Airbnb/short-term let standards
Ability to carry out basic troubleshooting (e.g. reset WiFi, fix jammed doors)
