Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an

Independent Investment Banker / M&A Advisor with some work from home flexibility

. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence, providing strategic advisory, and facilitating financial transactions for clients engaged in cross-border M&A activities.

Requirements

Over a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, funds, private equity, or mergers and acquisitions. Capable of independent work with minimal supervision. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills. Strong technical background in finance and business administration. Committed to collaborative teamwork. In-depth expertise in specific industry sectors. Expertise in Due Diligence processes Strong understanding of global markets, regulations, and financial trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
